It has been brought to our attention that individuals identifying themselves as the fraud department for the credit union are contacting members regarding fake fraud on their debit cards. TCFCU fraud department will NOT ask for any personal information such as your social, date of birth, card number, pin or account number. DO NOT release any information to these individuals and contact the credit union immediately if you feel you have received a call from a scammer. Debit cards are able to be locked through the online and mobile banking platforms. Trust that we are researching this issue and will communicate any additional information as soon as it’s made available.
